I was very impressed with Computer PhD, LLC! After calling James - the owner/technician of this company - and describing the problems I had been having with my computer, we decided that he would work on it back at his shop. He arranged to have it picked up from my home. This was a huge help to me since I have mobility issues. James was able to take an initial look at it later that evening and call me so we could discuss exactly what repairs and updates he recommended to get it to function in the way I had described to him that I needed. Two days later (on a Saturday no less!) he brought it back to my house, reconnected it to the monitor, printer, etc, made any necessary hardware adjustments, and made sure that I could operate it and was satisfied with the changes that had been made. Because of his obvious knowledge and skill of his craft, professionalism, patience with someone (me) not very computer savvy, and a nice personality, I highly recommend James and this company to anyone needing computer repairs and upgrades!

James is a small business owner and great to work with. There aren’t many options for computer repairs and upgrades these days and it was challenging finding anyone that would even answer a phone. James answered immediately, was easy to work with, gave updates on the work being completed, and was always available for questions. He’ll also work with your schedule and makes himself available for drop offs and pick ups of your equipment. The work was done the right way the first time and he followed up with me to make sure everything was running without issues. I’ll use him again and I’d recommend anyone else that needs computer related repairs or upgrades to use this business!
